Celebrate Farm to School Month by making your efforts visible across classrooms, cafeterias, hallways, and community spaces. This October Office Hours session will focus on practical ways to highlight farm to school activities throughout the month, including visuals, announcements, theme days, cafeteria signage, classroom displays, and communication strategies that help students, families, and staff connect with local food.

Our speaker Sophie Lindley will lead the first half of the hour with ideas, examples, and tools you can adapt for your school or early childhood program. Whether you're planning Harvest of the Month activities, showcasing local producers, or organizing taste tests, we’ll share simple ways to make farm to school engagement noticeable and meaningful.

The second half of the hour will be open for general technical assistance. Participants can bring questions about procurement, classroom integration, event planning, food day celebrations, or any other Farm to School Month needs.
